Kevin Lang, himself, called me back within a few minutes of my very frantic voicemail involving a flooded basement. He and his team were quick to arrive, find the source and immediately started extracting water out of my home. Each team involved, from mitigation to cleanup to finished repairs, were a pleasure to deal with. They checked off all the boxes - professional, efficient, respectful and thorough. When a pipe burst in my kitchen, clean works was quick to deploy mitigation equipment and stop the damage. The owner of the company personally was involved in helping me hold the insurance company accountable for repair costs, which was amazing. I have had sewage water come into my basement three times now and each time everyone stresses me out when it comes time to fix and redo the basement and they give me a hard time. This company had made my experience so wonderful from their time management of getting everything done quickly to being able to redo my basement how I would like and allowing me options.
