My family and I are extremely grateful for the Providence Fire Restoration Team that responded to our home on November 22, 2025 after an Oil Pump incident. Dereck Perry, the Team Project Leader, was professional, calm, and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation.Along with soot and very high levels of Carbon Monoxide, arrival was prompt; everything was explained very clearly. Immediate steps were taken to ensure our home was safe. The crew was thorough , knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home.They addressed the soot and odor issues with great care and attention to detail; and, their experience truly showed. The entire team of Providence Fire Restoration were amazing. Judi who answered the phone when I called was sympathetic to my feelings and current emotional state. She listened, she cared and followed up with me when the work was completed. She’s an angel. The crew who worked in my home were professional, efficient and communicated all steps with me during the entire process. They were punctual, respectful and thorough. I’ve had the hardest time finding reliable and dependable people to work in my home, but this team renewed my appreciation for great workmanship and efficiency. They received an A from me.
