Fantastic experience. Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that made it's way down to my kitchen and hallway downstairs. Puroclean was great during every step of the process. These gentleman did a wonderful job for us at the Dept of Children, Youth and Families. Adrion, Tyler, and Stefan were extremely thorough, efficient, professional, kind and friendly. This winter I came home to a leak in my ceiling. The plumber came out, took one look, and called PuroClean. Bri came out in minutes. She was professional and kind and explained the next steps. Over the course of several days they worked to uncover the problem which was a shower leaking down into the kitchen ceiling. Ultimately the entire shower on the 2nd floor came out as well as a portion of the kitchen ceiling. They tested for lead and asbestos and handled the mold. They also did most of the communication with my insurance company which was a huge help. After such a positive experience with the cleanup I felt confident hiring them to rebuild the kitchen and shower. It was seriously the best experience I had with contractors in the 25 years of owning the home. They made a nightmare of a situation into to a mere inconvenience. I am so thankful my plumber called them. The shower is even more beautiful than the original. Every person that I worked with, Bri, Jayson, James, Kai, Chris, George, and Alexis was kind and professional. I recommend them highly.
