Fantastic experience. Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that made it's way down to my kitchen and hallway downstairs. Puroclean was great during every step of the process. Their customer service is top notch from dealing with my homeowners insurance and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Jason was great to work with! Did a fantastic job inspecting my ceiling for damage and you wouldn't even know there was work done when they left since they cleaned up so well. Would highly recommend Puroclean!
I had a pipe break on the first floor of our house that affected 2 bedrooms and my basement. Honor and her assistant Sosa were amazing!! They explained everything thoroughly. Always gave accurate times of arrival. Very compassionate people! 10 out of 10 would recommend them!!
Bri and Adrion just left here and they were fabulous! Called ahead to let us know they were on their way, super pleasant, patient, and helpful! They explained everything and definitely made the plumber's job much more obvious! They were referred through insurance so we never met before, but we will call them (and request them specifically) for any future needs and you should too! Fire, smoke, water, mold, biohazard... and much more. Their work ethic is amazing and they were incredibly respectful of our belongings and were very neat and clean with the job!
