Fantastic experience. Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that made it's way down to my kitchen and hallway downstairs. Puroclean was great during every step of the process. Their customer service is top notch from dealing with my homeowners insurance and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Jason was great to work with! Did a fantastic job inspecting my ceiling for damage and you wouldn't even know there was work done when they left since they cleaned up so well. Would highly recommend Puroclean!
We recently used Puro Clean after water damage from the blizzard. From our first interactions with Chris and Stephanie to the actual work we were very pleased. Honor and her crew Jason and Sosa were hard working, respectful and friendly.
Stefan and Kai were professional and did a wonderful job. They came in when our home was a mess and helped us get things ready to build back up. They didn't just come in, take over, and leave, they took the time to explaim the process to us. Stephanie in the office was great. She answered our questions and was communicative about next steps and when people would be coming out. If you're looking for help with flood remediation you should 100% contact them!
