Outstanding company. Due to an unfortunate fire at my apartment bldg in Williansville, I interacted with reps from this company! Samantha, Peter and crew are all exceptional. They cleaned all of my household items and moved me across the hall to a different apt. They have been accommodating, compassionate, professional and responsive. I would recommend them to one and all. On a scale from 1 to 5 They are a 10!
Sean & crew responded the next morning after an overnight flood from a toilet tank. They were fantastic in every way. Got to work immediately to remove the water-damaged walls, floor, & ceiling, start the heaters and fans, so the mold would not set in. Tim, John, Josh, Jerome, Ian, Ramon, and Rob all helpful and professional. Kevin did the asbestos testing; Chris coordinated the asbestos abatement. Scott evaluated my gas log fireplace connections. I would recommend them for any emergency water damage situation like I had in December 2025 at my 1929 home. Sean, coordinated everything, was communicative, responsive and listened to my concerns. I had never had home owners disaster like this before, and therefore had never dealt with insurance companies. Sean helped me deal with them, often directly, working with them on the insurance claim. Under these stressful circumstances, Sean reassured me, gave me multiple options, and was a pleasure to work with.
We had a sump pump failure that flooded half our basement. Paul Davis got here in less than hour. Cleaned everything up and set up air movers and dehumidifier’s with in minutes. Ramon and Tyler very friendly and thoughtful about wearing protective coverings on their feet while in the house and also laid down protective mats when bringing in all the equipment. After they were done cleaning and setting everything up they walked us through what they did and how everything worked. An absolutely fantastic team. Thank you Paul Davis for helping us in a crappy situation.
