Green Genie is amazing! We had an unexpected leak / flood / mold situation and we contacted them on a Tuesday morning. By that afternoon, John was at the house inspecting everything. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and talking to him made us feel so much better about what was happening. We had a quote by Wednesday afternoon and the team started with us on Thursday morning. They were timely, friendly, efficient, clean and took care of the whole problem in one day. John even called that evening to check in. I cannot recommend them enough. I would absolutely use them again.
Contacted the Green Genie for a pet odor in our newly purchased home. The owner was very kind, he suggested the hydroxyl generator. We ran it for 4 days, the owner did try to pick it up without a heads up but we weren’t home, then when he finally did come he said it still the house stilll had a smell and sorry with no offers of a solution. It was a big expense to just say sorry. Although they were kind I think I would be hesitant to use this company again if there nothing more they can do for the price paid.
Ray came out urgently after my dad's basement flooded on new years day. He was sympathetic and professional and didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. He eased our minds at a stressful time and I really appreciated his friendliness and lack of upselling when we had enough to worry about. I'll be requesting a follow up now that we've taken the steps Ray advised. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Ray!
