I just had a great experience with Ray and Marc from Green Genie. My elderly mother's basement bathroom backed up and we needed it cleaned up immediately for safety reasons. I made a call and in less than 24 hours they came by and took care of the issue. Great guys too! They made my mother feel very comfortable and took away her worries. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
Ray came out and looked at what I had going on. He was honest and told me how to fix the mold issue myself because it was minor and safe to fix on my own and not worth paying the money to have it done. He was thorough and has a friendly professional manner. Would use Green Genie in the future.
