A couple of weeks ago I had a hot water tank leak that went under my hardwood floors in my basement. I called Blue bear restoration and they were out there very quickly with dehumidifiers and fans taking care of the problem. They were very concerned with my house, they treated it as their own. Blue Bear Restoration was incredible to work with during a very stressful time. I had water damage in my kitchen, and what really stood out was their compassion. After a broken pipe fitting caused a basement flood, I called Blue Bear on the recommendation of my local insurance agent. The Blue Bear technician Farren arrived within about 3 hours of my call, explained the process and dropped off equipment, pending approval to begin the work. The next morning he came back, took photos, removed some wet carpet/paneling and started the drying process. Every morning at about 8:30 AM I received a call when we discussed when would be a good time for them to check on the status, day-by-day until the drying was complete. They measured residual moisture and once levels were acceptable, removed their gear. Every technician was professional, communicated clearly and respectful of being in my home. They exceeded my expectations in every regard!
