My insurance company deployed this company 15 minutes after I submitted my claim. The project manager, Patrick and his crew (including Brent) were very responsive, professional and answered all my questions during this stressful situation. My septic had plugged and luckily that was resolved by the time PureOClean arrived, but they helped dry out my basement and bathroom flooring over four days. Also, the woman who answered their phone (sorry I forget her name) was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you to all. Highly recommend their business.

I don’t understand how a company that doesn’t send enough staff to complete a job and sends someone who’s only goal is to get out of the work to play golf. Or that has to have the owner of the property discover areas that needed to be addressed and had to constantly cajole the employee to keep looking for damage. Finally the employee leaves to play golf and was working at our property by himself because PuroClean didn’t send staff to help. I have advised amica, my insurance company who suggested PuroClean because they were reliable. They are not and I am advising you, my professional associations ( AIA, PIE, APPA (these are architectural, engineering and international facilities management associations) about the unreliability of PuroClean. Anyone who chooses to use this firm should understand the slipshod job their employee did because he was understaffed!!!! Think before you engage this very, very unreliable firm!!! I’m
