Started out strong, they had to come over a few times and then it would take 2 weeks to send what needed to be done to my adjuster who kept waiting and waiting. I probably would have given 5 stars, but the last day they were here, they were trying to rip out the threshold by hand ( they dont have any tools and even once didnt have their moisture meter on them for my FLOOD) Anyhow, I went and got my good cordless screwdriver so they could get the threshold out easier and guess who walked off with me cordless screwdriver !!!! My husband reported it and we never heard back. They KNEW it wasn't theirs and basically stole.
Team #23!! Jose, Max, Cordero and Hamilton, I couldn’t say better things! Our business had a flood throughout the back of the store. Jose and his team did an amazing job getting us looking better than ever! Highly recommend!
They did an awesome job. Our basement flooded with about 2 inches of water, and they came out around 10:30 at night to do the cleanup. Jose, Howard, and Max were very friendly and professional and were there until about 1:30 in the morning. We are so impressed and thankful for their quick and thorough response!
