I submitted a request on a Saturday, and Annette called almost immediately. Her communication, professionalism, and reassurance instantly relieved so much stress for both my grandmother and me. She sent a worker that night to assess and their team came that following Monday, got right to work, and completed the job without any issues. They were thorough, respectful, and truly cared about making sure everything was handled properly. What stood out the most was that they even came back for a follow-up to ensure all of the mold was fully taken care of and that we were satisfied. We truly cannot express how grateful we are for the help we received from 716 Clean Up & Restoration as well as their sister company Pure Air Care. We were in the midst of a health crisis with our son and left a message on Sunday afternoon on a form to receive more information from 716 Clean Up & Restoration. We received a phone call back from Annette that same night, who made this a high priority case because of our sons needs, and she directed us to a great licensed mold inspector. The inspector got us in the following day and found extensive issues in our attic that wasn't properly ventilated at construction. Our home was build just 11 years ago and was covered with mold in our basement and throughout our attic. To say we were overwhelmed was an understatement. Our medical bills had already spiraled, and now we needed to remediate the house. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Annette spoke to the owner Aaron about all we were going through, and their team made this a high priority job. Steve and Austin were sent two days later to remediate our home. While in the house, they found extensive mold in the basement, and Steve kept us updated every step of the way and assured us that things would not only be taken care of, but that there would be no additional charge. They were so kind, knowledgeable and diligent to get the job done thoroughly so that this could be a safe space for our family to return to. The following day, the team from Pure Air Care came in to clean out all of our vents and ducts and to remove any and all mold from the system. Stephen & Austin were extremely helpful throughout the process knowing we had a son who had really suffered from his exposure to all of this hidden mold. Our family has had an extremely difficult year, and to be thrust into something like this when medical bills had already piled up was nothing short of overwhelming. This team was not only compassionate, they were overwhelmingly concerned for our son, and jumped right into action.
