I had a water pipe burst in my attic that led to major water damage throughout my home. I googled a Restoration company and Servpro was the first company that came up so I hired them to help with the mitigation process. Boy was that the biggest mistake of my entire life. They were completely negligent for the first 72 hours and almost ruined my house. Luckily I came across 716 Clean Up & Restoration and had them come takeover this job. They saved my entire life, and especially my home! They were so professional, and so kind. Amazing communication throughout the whole process with Annette (sorry if this name was misspelled). She was extremely helpful, informative, and truly cared about me as a client… from the very first phone call and every single step of the way afterwards, she is the best. Aaron is the one who came to my house to initiate everything. He is an incredible worker. He got down to business immediately and continuously steered me in the right direction. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and just an amazing guy, the epitome of who you want helping you out in a terrible situation like this. Steve also was tremendous in this process. He went to bat for me with my insurance adjuster tooth and nail. I cannot say enough good things about 716 Clean Up & Restoration, from top to bottom. If you ever need a company to help you in a situation like this, make sure you give these guys a call immediately. You will not regret it.
Couldn’t be happier with the service. 716 came quickly despite so many homes being impacted by the recent sewer backup flooding. They advised me on the best and safest approach to cleaning and did a very thorough job. They didn’t cut any corners and even went above and beyond what was estimated to ensure our basement was completely clean, reduced risk for moisture and mold growth, and is ready for living again. They were friendly and reassuring at every interaction. Highly recommended!
Very nice people with good response time, however, they did half the amount of work as servepro did and charged me 2000.00 more. Aaron came and did an estimate and explained that I needed drywall removed due to sewage water and when the team showed up, they simply put holes in and treated it and dryed it (which I had already done). The guys were very nice but they were at my home about 2-3 hours, servepro was much more thorough, worked for 8 hours and charged 2000.00 less.
