Our hot water tank had leaked from the utility room to the basement hallway/recreation room rug. When the plumbers arrived they gave me a card for Disaster Relief. I called Dillon and he was at our house within a couple hours. He immediately tested the walls and showed me where the water was. He gave us several options on how to remediate the rug and drywall. He also found some covered mold patches that were hidden by the previous owners of the house.He even helped me clear out the space under the stairs where we shared about 4 bumps on the head. Within an hour the mold was treated with plant based fungicide and several fans and a dehumidifier were running. After 3 days he returned and tested. We were completely dried out and he pointed out stains on the rug and advised us to point that out to the insurance adjuster. He also sent us a thorough report with a table of contents, pictures, and graphs. Dillon also lowered the price of the estimate because he said he did not have to do as much in the remediation. Would I call Disaster Relief Again? Yes. Would I recommend Disaster Relief to someone else? Yes.

Very personable on the phone, responded quickly and were very empathetic to my situation. Exceptionally professional and explained everything in detail. They also kept me up-to-date on the progress and completed the job in less than estimated time.
