Disaster Relief arrived within thirty minutes of initial phone call, the day a water pipe broke in my ceiling. The damage assessment was completed within the first hour. The worker arrived at the start of the second hour. Two industrial fans and two industrial dehumidifiers were up and running by the end of the second hour. It is my opinion that due to the quick response it saved me thousands of dollars in damage repair. From start to finish it would have been under two weeks. Disaster Relief was gracious enough yo postpone all repairs until after the holidays. After the holidays, Jesse from Disaster Relief scheduled an electrician and a contractor. Outlets were replaced, dry wall was removed. Then the drywall was replaced, finished and repainted. The ceiling tiles were also replaced. There was some confusion with the insurance company. With my permission Jesse from Disaster Relief contacted them and straighten everything out. My home looks better now than before the water damage.
