We want to thank Shauna Slobodnik, the project manager for help with our water damage.....she assessed the damage ...got everything moving forward from clean up to repairs and restoring our basement bathroom and walls....we had a broken water pipe that went through the walls and into our basement..it was a mess! Hopefully we won't have something like this again! But, if we do, we will call United Water Restoration Group and ask for Shauna!! Thanks again!! Looks great!!
I have mold in my basement. I made several calls for estimates. United Water Restoration Group of Omaha was the only one to respond. Matt Pavlik showed up promptly for the meeting here. He walked in with a smile and shook my head immediately. He went downstairs to look at the damage. He must have checked every nook and cranny because he was down there an hour. My estimate was much lower than I expected. He spent a great deal of time explaining what would be the details of removing. Due to several issues we have not yet started the work. Matt has willingly changed our start date. I am so happy United Water Restoration was my only choice!
These guys were great!!! A lot of companies would have rushed through the inspection but they did a very thorough inspection.. which made me and my family feel like we mattered.. both were very personable and down to earth people yet very professional.. they did a great job explaining everything so we understood what they were doing and why. I would and will highly recommend their business to others! Lee up the good work!!
