Rich and Jennifer are genuinely committed to helping people solve their mold issue and this was very apparent from my initial phone call with Rich. After receiving some pretty concerning mold test results, he spent over 30 minutes on the phone explaining mold and the potential causes. Jennifer was prompt in scheduling our inspection and stayed in communication with us. On the day of the inspection Rich and his team spent over 3 hours in our home, thoroughly inspecting multiple locations while taking great care to repair places that needed closer inspection by cutting into drywall. Rich and his team took time to explain and educate us throughout the process. Rich identified a likely contributor to our issue in our hvac unit and recommended a trusted partner to inspect. The following day Rich and Jennifer reached out with additional ideas and resources for us. This is above and beyond what we would have expected from them and it’s evident that they truly are about helping people resolve their mold issue. We had 3 bids for our project, and this company gave us the best price. With that in mind, along with being local, and small family owned, the choice to hire them was easy to make. They were knowledgeable, personable, and scheduled us in a timely manner. When the project began, they were always punctual, and available to answer any questions. We communicated, throughout the project, on how it was going. Any problems, or concerns we addressed, they resolved promptly. We were treated like more than just another client.
I would leave a 10-star review if possible. We had a mishap in the basement and were referred to Rich and Jennifer by some very knowledgeable people. It was the best advice ever. They were wonderful to deal with: very personable, trustworthy, professional, honest, worked with the insurance company, and did impeccable work.
