True North Restoration of Omaha SouthFire Damage Restoration in Omaha, NE

If I could rate 6 stars I would. Our family is new to the Omaha market had we had our first batch of damage from a severe thunderstorm. Our window got smashed in by flying debris and A LOT of rain water got onto our carpet and began to flood the downstairs. Michael came out and gave a very thorough inspection both upstairs and downstairs and checked for both water damage on all levels as well as a mold inspection. He said that we acted quickly and that his services wouldn’t be needed. In addition to his honesty and not charging us for anything, he let us borrow some specialized fans to continue to dry the upstairs carpet. We used them for 96 hours and then he came by when he was in the neighborhood. This kind of honesty and kindness is lacking with business ownership and should be celebrated and applauded. We will absolutely hire Michael anytime we are looking for any restoration projects in the future! Top tier!

I would leave a 10-star review if possible. We had a mishap in the basement and were referred to Rich and Jennifer by some very knowledgeable people. It was the best advice ever. They were wonderful to deal with: very personable, trustworthy, professional, honest, worked with the insurance company, and did impeccable work. In short, they made my life easy in what could have been a stressful situation. Thank you so much!

Rich and Jennifer are genuinely committed to helping people solve their mold issue and this was very apparent from my initial phone call with Rich. After receiving some pretty concerning mold test results, he spent over 30 minutes on the phone explaining mold and the potential causes. Jennifer was prompt in scheduling our inspection and stayed in communication with us. On the day of the inspection Rich and his team spent over 3 hours in our home, thoroughly inspecting multiple locations while taking great care to repair places that needed closer inspection by cutting into drywall. Rich and his team took time to explain and educate us throughout the process. Rich identified a likely contributor to our issue in our hvac unit and recommended a trusted partner to inspect. The following day Rich and Jennifer reached out with additional ideas and resources for us. This is above and beyond what we would have expected from them and it’s evident that they truly are about helping people resolve their mold issue.
