When our basement flooded, Joe and his crew were at our house within 2 hours to start the process of removing material and drying things out. We were very impressed with the quick response time. Would recommended and will use again if we ever need to!

He was thorough with his inspection and I felt confident regarding his recommendations. Although I didn’t end up needing his services, RestroPros is the company I would call if I needed work done.
Highly recommend if you want to skip price gouging and get down to what you NEED to do without high pressure sales you call RestoPros and pray you get Joseph Balabous. He and his team did a great job - they did what they needed to do and, even though others were charging way more (due to lots of rain damage in the area), they didn't take advantage of the situation. Not only were they incredibly thorough and knowledgeable on the clean up. I got some very sound advice on where the issue began. They couldn't have been more right and ended up saving me thousands in the long run. Thank you RestPros but special thanks to Joe and team!
