Sean from RestoPros was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to come and give a free estimate the same day that I called. He was thorough with his inspection and I felt confident regarding his recommendations. Although I didn’t end up needing his services, RestroPros is the company I would call if I needed work done.
Earlier today I had Joseph Balabous come to my home for an assessment and a quote. My sump pump failed and my basement flooded. I removed about 50 gallons of water from my basement, removed my carpet, and placed dehumidifiers and fans all around. I was convinced that I would have to remove drywall because of mold since the same thing happened to my neighbors and they needed their drywall replaced. (It was replaced by Resto Pros btw) Joe came out, took numerous readings, removed some of my baseboards and took thermal readings. He told me that because of our quick actions we took after the flood. He would not recommend replacing the drywall. He could have easily took our money and removed drywall since we were expecting that anyway. He simply told me what he would do if it was his own home. I really felt like I could trust joe and what he was saying and really appreciate his honesty.
Professional, courteous and took time to explain all aspects. Joe was pretty amazing, he was thorough and looked at all problem areas, he ended up finding no mold. He explained and took time with our tenant and then took the time to go over the steps he took with me. I was so impressed, I asked how much for the inspection and when he told me it was a free inspection, I actually was shocked, nothing is free in todays world. If we ever need this type of service, Joe is the one we will call at RestoPros Omaha. Thank you so much for being honest and professional at all times.
