We recently experienced a flood that started on our second floor and impacted our main level kitchen along with multiple rooms upstairs. It was an incredibly overwhelming situation, but the team at Paul Davis made all the difference. Ian was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, he took the time to walk me through every step of the process and patiently answered my many, many questions. I was extremely overwhelmed, and he never once made me feel like a burden—instead, he showed kindness, understanding, and professionalism the entire time. Latoya was equally incredible. She was so sweet, hardworking, and thoughtful. She kept me updated throughout the day, which meant so much since I was working and had dogs at home. She truly went above and beyond her job duties, and it did not go unnoticed. Chelsea, their manager, even came out on a Friday night to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of dedication and care speaks volumes about the team and their commitment to their customers. And Cindy—I'm not sure what I would have done without her. She comforted me, walked me through every step, and constantly reassured me that everything would be okay. Her support meant more than I can put into words. Because of this phenomenal team, I will always recommend Paul Davis. Their professionalism, compassion, and work ethic are truly unmatched.
Absolutely amazing company. And it has been so easy to work with Chelsea, Evan and Greg. Through this entire process they have been prompt in responding to our concerns and do an absolutely amazing job remediating & working with the insurance company. Five out of five stars! Definitely recommend!
Our experience with Paul Davis was great. We did have an issue with the remediation crew and the pool table, but it got fixed and the rest of our experience was excellent! Major shout out to Cheyenne Hebb, and Alex Calabrese. The attention and communication with these two was excellent! We will definitely recommend Paul Davis to Any of our friends and family that may need their services.
