Where do we even begin? My husband and I discovered mold throughout our entire home, to the point that we had to gut it down to the studs, remove all the flooring, and essentially start over. We quickly learned that the mold remediation industry has its share of companies that seem more interested in taking advantage of people during a crisis than actually helping them. This company was the complete opposite. From day one, we never felt like just another customer or a source of revenue. John was honest, compassionate, and true to his word. He did exactly what he promised, navigated several curve balls thrown our way during the process (more mold discoveries), kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about our situation. The work was done professionally and thoroughly, and the support we received during such a stressful time meant more than we can express. If you're looking for mold remediation services—or any of the other services they provide—I would not hesitate to recommend them. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family.
