Where do we even begin? My husband and I discovered mold throughout our entire home, to the point that we had to gut it down to the studs, remove all the flooring, and essentially start over. We lost nearly everything we owned (and insurance didn't cover any of it). John and his crew were incredible and helped us through one of the most difficult periods of our lives. We quickly learned that the mold remediation industry has its share of companies that seem more interested in taking advantage of people during a crisis than actually helping them. This company was the complete opposite. From day one, we never felt like just another customer or a source of revenue. John was honest, compassionate, and true to his word. He did exactly what he promised, navigated several curve balls thrown our way during the process (more mold discoveries), kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about our situation. The work was done professionally and thoroughly, and the support we received during such a stressful time meant more than we can express. If you're looking for mold remediation services—or any of the other services they provide—I would not hesitate to recommend them. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family.
Everyone was great to work with. John, owner, came out on a Thursday to look at the space and provided a quote that night. He got me scheduled for that next Wednesday. His guys, Joe and Joe, came out and did a great job and were efficient and left the space cleaned up when done. Everyone was very nice to work with and the communication about the work was great throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
