We could not be more thankful for the team that worked on our room and dried our floors after a dishwasher flooding. My 3 other roommates and I attend Creighton University and currently live in a dorm on campus. After a clogged filter in our dishwasher caused flooding in both our room and the floors below us, Creighton hired Servpro. They came almost immediately and started cleanup. They were attentive to the fans they placed in our room, and each time they entered they were so friendly and sweet. The 8 or so fans did cause quite the ruckus, and although the Marchese team allowed us access to our appliances, it was hard to manuver around our living space. In a spurt of pent up frustration with the fans, we left a note (not super nice tbh) on one of the fans, begging them to make them away because were were overstimulated and sleepy. A couple days later, they cleared our floor as being dry and left us the sweetest note. We have a "prayer wall" on our fridge full of verses and prayer intentions, with a bunch of sticky notes beside it. Using one of the sticky notes, they assured us that the fans were gone, that we now can get some good sleep, and felt the sweetest bible verse. Seriously made our day. THANK YOU TO WHOEVER HELPED US! And we are sorry for the sassy note. -Love the girls of 332.
After experiencing a water loss late last Friday night, we were extremely impressed with the Servpro team’s quick response. Chance arrived promptly to evaluate the damage and immediately started the drying process that evening. Andre and Luis checked in daily to monitor progress, and Jesse kept consistent communication with both us and our insurance adjuster. The team was efficient, professional, and reassuring during a stressful time. Excellent service from start to finish.
Thankful for the fast response when we had a pipe burst. Chance, Stephen & Jesse did a great job to clean up the mess and dry everything out quickly!
