The carpet techs Nick and Ryan did a thorough and very intensive job cleaning my carpets and wool rugs. Not only was Nick super knowledgeable about carpet fibers, from filtration staining and cleaning products acidity but he took the time to explain the process and how the Voda cleaning products actually worked and activated with the various materials that required cleaning. Ryan did a very nice job on my wool area rugs downstairs and was just as personable as Nick and professional. Highly recommend Voda carpet and rug cleaning. I’ve tried dry leaning my carpets and rugs in the past resulting in stiff fibers and prefer the steaming cleaning because of the pet hair and other products that adhered to my wool rugs. Not only efficient but my house smelled lovely afterwards! Very prompt and beyond pleasant to deal with. Surprised with the tractor motor in the main cleaner van that worked well to extract water and soap products. Well done!
This was my first time using VODA. I was very happy with the service I was provided by Nick the technician. He did a thorough cleaning of my carpet. I was impressed on his detail to areas that needed extra attention. He was punctual and communicated very well.
