Daniel was quick to respond when our ceiling molded out of no where. He was at our house within a few hours! Him and his team removed the ceiling and made sure there was no mold or moisture in the insulation. They cleaned up all of the drywall they had to remove and took it with them to dispose of. Daniel and his team have been great to work with and I refer them to all my clients, they are honest in their approach and pricing is way more reasonable than some others on the market. They recently DONATED their services for a Habitat for Humanity project and went above and beyond for the homeowner. This team is a great and are highly recommended!
Our basement had a main line sewer back up, and Daniel and his team were extremely quick to respond to help remediate the damage. They even helped with having our insurance company adjust their claim to pay us out nearly $3,500 more than the initial claim, as the insurance company adjuster missed some damage in their estimate. They were extremely professional as well and quick to response to questions. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 of St. Charles and would use them again!
