My Mom was widowed a few years ago, and was tremendously overwhelmed when her basement recently flooded and she found out she had a significant mold problem. The team at ServiceMaster took great care of her and did a very thorough and professional job. I’d like to highlight Jessica in particular. She was extremely helpful and compassionate with my Mom as she processed the situation. Jessica’s communication throughout the process was outstanding and it really helped give us all peace of mind about what we were facing. I’d highly recommend them!!
Jessica was amazing. She was thorough, detailed and honest. She helped our team from start to finish to ensure work was completed in a timely fashion and that everything was done right. Her communication skills are unmatched. We’ll be using ServiceMaster again, just because of her!!
Jessica is great to work with. She is always ready to help in anyway and is very easy to get ahold of whenever you need her!
