I am very pleased with the Lee’s Summit ServiceMaster location. The had great communication with me before they got here and when they arrived. The arrived as scheduled. Michael Vidal and Tommie/Tommy worked hard and efficiently. They helped identify what got damaged, removed all the wet cardboard and ruined items. They put black trashbags down on garage floor in hopes of saving a few items. I would recommend these 2 employees whole heartedly.
I have worked with many restoration services. I have to give this team credit where credit is due. Professional, timely, well organized and extremely knowledgeable. This goes for Mark on my first incident, to Craig and Jessica and the entire team that assisted me on a weekend with no hesitation. There was no problems, just solutions. Great job and look forward to my team working with your team now and in the future.
