If this review was just for the mitigation and demo team they'd get 50 stars, but it's not. Austin was a godsend in dealing with our horrible insurance adjuster, the mitigation and demo team were very efficient and professional. Once our claim was denied we got passed on to the reconstruction team and a third-party contractor through Response. Started out well enough, but EVERY day and the ENTIRE TIME Leo was here working he was on his phone speaking very loudly, it added to how unsettling and intrusive the whole procedure was. He did a great job on the tile, but as the photos reveal, he did not do a good job on the painting nor the prep work. Upon calling the project manager to express my concerns, she called him, then he came back in to confront me saying "I just got ditched out, why'd you do me like that? I'm not inclined to do you any favors now." It was upsetting and very unprofessional. On top of this, there were days where he'd just show up when not expected. There was little to no consideration for OUR time. He also left a HUGE pile of trash in our garage, didn't reinstall the towel bars, or remove the light bar as the photos indicate. Michelle, the project manager did finally come an fix all his mistakes, but she would also make appointments to come over, the for one reason or another have to postpone or reschedule. We stopped feeling like a priority after the first week or two of the reconstruction process. By the end, we wouldn't allow Leo back in our home, nor would he come back, Michelle visibly did not really want to be here fixing his mistakes, probably because I spoke with Ryan the owner earlier that day. Let's just say we're relieved it's done, but definitely unsatisfied.

I give these five stars to Austin Lardie the mitigation project manager! He deserve all the five stars. He kept his word. He made sure that my floors were dry. I could call him anytime. I just wish I would have stayed with the company. If I had to deal with Austin throughout the whole thing I would have stayed with the company. Austin does a good job at his job. He takes it serious. He cares about the customer. He's not out trying to take your money, He's not negative

We found out we had a water leak from our bathroom tub when we brought our newborn home this past winter. It unfortunately needed to be a complete restoration which my husband and I had never gone through before. We were paired with Michelle as our project manager/overseer during this. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She kept lines of communication open and always kept us up to date on the process or any delays so we were never left wondering what we were waiting on. Response Fire and Flood Restoration was a great company to work with from start to finish and we’re very satisfied with our new bathroom!
