DO NOT USE FOR RESTORATION!! They were fine with mitigating water issues, after that the experience was absolutely terrible. Poor communication, over promised and under delivered. They also overcharged for services they didn’t complete and left the job incomplete. Do not pay them for any cleaning services, they do not clean. They will only hire cheap sub-contractors to complete the restoration. When questioned about being over charged for services not completed the owner Matt got aggressive and blamed insurance and said take it up with them and they will pay, which they didn’t. They shorted me about $750 in services, some of which the plumbers they recommended I call completed separately. There was no mention that they wouldn’t be completing painting. Matt tells me the painters are coming, they are here for about 15 minutes to paint the trim with no explanation. When I call to ask why the entire bathroom wasn’t painted which was included in the quote he stated the vanity ordered was too expensive so they just decided not to. There was no discussion about this and they knew the exact vanity I was getting for 2 months. Pictures attached on how they felt comfortable leaving a job. On top of that they didn’t even bring the correct tile I picked out for the floor, again trying to cut costs. Once I looked up the tile it was almost $1 cheaper per sq ft than the estimated amount, not to mention I was left with two extra boxes of it for no reason. They will say they are going to facilitate the job and handle everything with insurance and the plumbers which they will not. Once you hand over that initial check be prepared to get the run around for an additional month or two. In retrospect I shouldn’t have given them the final check since they didn’t complete a multitude of services I was charged for, but after two months of dealing with them I was ready to have them gone. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of dealing with them for water mitigation, make sure it ends there as the reconstruction process will be a nightmare.
911 Restoration has been a blessing to work with. After a previous company did things improperly- Zach, Jared, and Josh came in and saved us. Within days, they had everything torn out and dried up, and have been amazing at communicating every step of the way. Everything was documented super well, and explained super well to us. They've been working awesome with our insurance, which makes it even easier. Thank you guys so much, and I'm glad to be using you for repairs and future issues too.
