I had a pipe bust under my kitchen floor in July. I was given a recommendation to call a different company and they said they couldn’t get to me until a week and half later. They literally answered and said they could be to my home in 10 min!!! I know dealing with this type of issue in your home is never pleasant. But the people at Flood and Fire Response made it such an easy, stress free process I would 1000% recommend them to everyone. I am a first time homeowner and they were patient and explained everything to me in detail. There was even a small mishap during the Reno process and they worked quickly to rectify the situation. They worked with my insurance company and were so patient with the time it took to receive payment. Ayla is literally the best she is so sweet, would always reach out to me with updates, came to my house a million times to pick up payments, bring me floor samples, etc. My floors and home look so beautiful they do excellent work. I hope something like this never happens to me but if it does I would call them without a second thought!!!
From my first call (panicked about a flood) to paying the final bill, I was treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
