I was contacted very promptly, Which is impressive due to the number of ice dam claims in our area. Jake Perry, the mitigation project manager, came out to our home for damage assessment, and was not only excellent technically, but very empathetic and helpful personally. That makes a big difference when one has home damage. Cesar and Eric, mitigation technicians, were very pleasant, hard-working and thorough. They cleared out all water-damaged structures, treated any mold and mildew, and began the drying process. Several days later, Nestor and Joey arrived and carefully determined that everything was dry, They then efficiently removed all of the drying equipment. Paul Davis Restoration Of South Boston is an excellent and highly organized company. My family and I thank everybody above, plus the hard-working office team and management staff that reached out to us on many occasions. We now look forward to an equally professional restoration process by this same company!
