If you need a company that’s responsive and easy to work with, Spotless is it! No one wants to be in a position where they have a water damage emergency let alone over a holiday weekend but they made it all so painless! Best Buy had just installed a new faulty washing machine for us and it flooded our laundry room! Everyone we interacted with at Spotless was professional, and the communication never dropped! Lots of updates and a detailed report at the end. We also had a small billing error at first (we were charged for a service by mistake), and they fixed it immediately without any back-and-forth. The insurance company through Best Buy that was responsible for the damages was a headache, but Spotless stayed patient, kept pushing things along, and kept us informed. James, our technician, answered every question we had and explained things clearly. Paul, the owner, was incredibly kind and very communicative. Would definitely use them again!

They sent a detailed report, and when we were mistakenly charged for a service, they fixed it immediately—no hassle at all. They also patiently worked with a difficult insurance company and kept us updated the whole time. James (our technician) was thorough and answered every question, and Paul (the owner) is incredibly kind, patient and responsive. In a stressful situation, they made the whole process feel easy.
