Prime Restoration did an excellent job after an ice dam affected three levels of my home. From the very first call with Sharon, everything felt handled, she immediately sent Ryan, the project manager, out to assess the situation. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ryan, Sean, and Jose were absolutely the best, very professional, hardworking, and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Prime Restoration and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I would highly recommend prime restoration. They stuck with me through thick and thin, even when the Insurance was acting crazy they fall for what was right and got my house together after three months. It is beautiful.
