A couple of weeks ago I got my dad some air purifiers because he mentioned it feeling stuffy/dusty in his house of 35 years. They ran for a few days and the air quality reading stayed below 70% unless a door was open. When the door was open it went up (which tells me the outside air quality was better than the inside.) Joe & his team cleaned the ducts yesterday and when I went to the house today both air purifiers are reading at 99%. I can't thank you all enough! It feels so much better in there!

We had a wonderful experience with Light Speed Restoration and highly recommend their services! Last July, Joe came out to give us a quote to have our ducts cleaned and take a look at some mold we were noticing around our ceiling vents. From the start, he was incredibly kind, responsive, and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even gave us some helpful tips on how to clean around the vents ourselves. What I appreciated most was that he was never pushy - he genuinely wanted to help and understood when we told him we were going to try to fix it ourselves first and would call him back if we needed help. Fast forward to March 2026, we ended up calling Joe back! He was once again quick to respond and helped us get our duct cleaning scheduled. He walked me through the entire process over the phone and answered all of my questions. Today, Zach and Kevin arrived right on time and even gave me a call ahead to let me know they were on the way. They were absolutely wonderful - very professional, friendly, and even took a moment to give our two dogs some pets 🙂. While they were working, they took the time to answer any questions we had and explain what they were doing. They also cleaned around the vents and inspected everything to make sure it all looked good. They were able to complete the entire job in just a couple of hours! Overall, it was such a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend Light Speed Restoration to anyone looking for duct cleaning or restoration services.
