A couple of weeks ago I got my dad some air purifiers because he mentioned it feeling stuffy/dusty in his house of 35 years. They ran for a few days and the air quality reading stayed below 70% unless a door was open. When the door was open it went up (which tells me the outside air quality was better than the inside.) Joe & his team cleaned the ducts yesterday and when I went to the house today both air purifiers are reading at 99%. I can't thank you all enough! It feels so much better in there!
Lightspeed Restoration is a top-notch company! I originally found them through Google, and spoke with Joe about needing some minor smoke clean up. He was able to come the next day to review damage. I also asked to have heating vents cleaned and the dryer vent while they were cleaning up the smoke. Joe was professional &, very informative as he explained how the process would work. Joe was able to give me a bid later that day. I agreed to the bid and they were able to get the job scheduled quickly. Zack & Bronsyn showed up to complete the job. They were very timely, courteous and efficient. They didn't even complain about my dogs trying to supervise their job. Keeping my fingers crossed that I won't need any of their services again, but if I do I know, who to reach out to!
Joe was fantastic! I had a rental house that had been smoked in and couldn't get rid of the smell with my small ozone machine and thorough cleaning. Joe and his crew came in an cleaned the ducts out, used an anti-microbial cleaner, and large ozone machine - now the house smells like new! Joe even came back himself a 2nd time to run the ozone machine on the weekend to better accommodate my schedule. Highly recommended for smoke remediation!
