Didn’t even look like anything had been done as there were no vacuum lines and the carpet was sobbing wet, which I understand. It should be wet, but not this level of wet. I paid extra for deodorizer in a particular room. I came over two hours later and the two bedroom condo smelled no different. They also sprayed chemicals on the freshly painted walls that left marks. I paid $400 and they were there 45 minutes. And it sounded like I was dealing with a teenager. Expected more from such a big company.
Disappointed in the services I was provided by this company. My rental company is the ones that set up the cleaning of my air ducts with this company and they decided to throw my things around the room instead of gently move them. Seems negligent and disrespectful. Would not hire them myself.
The gentlemen who came to my home worked hard to clean all my upholstered furniture. They were respectful and worked hard to clean and brighten my Ethan Allen furniture. I look forward, down the road to using them again,
