My experience with Puroclean with David and his team, was outstanding. He was very professional and made sure to keep me updated throughout the claim process. We had a pipe break and flood out our basement. We are very happy with the whole process! Highly recommend!
We came home from out of town to a flooded basement and were incredibly stressed. David and his team responded quickly and got to work right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done. We truly appreciated his professionalism and prompt service.
David replied to my request for an estimate in a short amount of time and came to my house that same day. He detected mold and recommended a plan of action. The work was started on time and was completed in much less time than I had anticipated. I am very happy with the process and the end result. The source of the problem was found to be a crack in the sink drain line. A plumber was required to take care of that. David removed the affected sheet rock and insulation, and cleaned the area of mold. Then equipment was brought in to clean the air and dry it all out before replacing the insulation and sheet rock 3 days later. David and his crew were very polite, friendly and treated my home as if it were their own. He made sure the problem was taken care of and that I was satisfied before they left the job site. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site when completed. He always responded to my emails and texts in a short amount of time.They were great to work with! I pray I never have this kind of situation again, but I know exactly who I will call if I do! PuroClean of South Wichita!
