Ruptured pipe in basement. Completely flooded. This company recommended by a friend. Said they did great work. She was not wrong. Terrence and Ethan came out within an hour and removed the standing water, moved furniture, set up fans and dehumidifiers. Very effective and knowledgeable. Nice young men. Helped me to calm down during a stressful time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I had flooding due to a broken pipe. I thought Stover's was thorough in the clean up. They were helpful in coordinating with my plumber for repairs. I was pleased with the communication in regards to a follow up recommended by the plumber. And communication was patient and thorough as I worked with my insurance company. I'm glad to have this dirty job done and would re-hire Stover's if I have the misfortune of needing service again.
We had a clog in the septic line causing water damage to our basement so insurance set us up with Stover, the guys showed up and I thought it was to just get an assessment, after they reviewed the damage they got right to work! They worked fast and had all the mess neatly bagged up! I was so happy the musty smell was gone!
