Corbin from Restorex was very thorough and professional! He started the drying process right away! He was up front about all the inconveniences we would experience! We chose him to estimate and do the repair work! He was instrumental in dealing with the insurance company through the entire process! After the repairs he sent two men to move furniture and finish some detail work ! They went above and beyond! We appreciate a company that treated our home with such expertise and care !

Overall service: Corbin was absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of restoration. From start to finish, Corbin was there with me along the way of my first incident with my house. Extremely knowledgeable, went far above and beyond what is required, offered guidance when needed, and eased concerns regarding everything. Further, the actual restoration service was top tier. Price: I've seen other restoration companies pricing before through other people, this was amazing in comparison. The cost didn't make me consider selling my kidney to pay for it, and the work product/overall services were most definitely fair if not underpriced. If I have to get anymore restoration performed, this will be my first contact. I can't recommend this company enough!

Water poured from the upstairs ceiling for about six and a half hours, taking out nearly two full levels of our home, while we were away celebrating Christmas with family. The Restorex team's prompt response, professionalism, quality of work, and dedication truly turned a disastrous situation into a very positive experience. Despite the day after being Christmas Day, Restorex called us at 7:30am Christmas morning to request to come by later that morning (after the opening of gifts) to assess the damage and develop a plan to begin the restoration process. Their quick actions helped mitigate further destruction and put our mind at ease during what was an extremely scary and stressful time. In this initial assessment, Restorex informed us how the process would progress with them, what we could expect in the days ahead as we navigated the situation with our insurance company, and advice on how to properly prepare for what was to be a long road ahead. Throughout the 8-month restoration process, the Restorex team demonstrated unparalleled expertise and attention to detail. In the days immediately following the broken pipe, resulting in water damage that took out nearly two thirds of our home, they efficiently extracted the water, removed ruined materials, dried the affected areas, and ensured that no moisture remained, preventing potential mold and structural issues. The transparency and thoroughness of their communication kept us well-informed every step of the way, which was greatly reassuring. Beyond the initial extraction and dry-out, Restorex led the complete restoration and rebuild as the hands-on General Contractor, coordinating sub-contractors, preparing intricate estimates, and providing strategic plans for restoring the property, while working directly with the insurance company to ensure our home would be built back with like-for-like quality, and no detail missing. In total Restorex captured nearly 400 Line Items that would need to be replaced, repaired, cleaned, or tasks performed to get two levels (~4000 sq ft) of our home back to impeccable condition. Every sub-contractor that Restorex brought in to do the work was of high quality and did a fantastic job. They were also all very considerate and professional in working in our home while we were still living there, trying to maintain some level of normalcy with three kids, work, school, and activities. One aspect that truly set Restorex apart was their compassion and understanding for our circumstances. Not only was dealing with a water pipe burst on Christmas Eve incredibly disheartening, but my wife was also in the second half of her pregnancy during the destruction and then re-build. The Restorex team's empathy and support made me feel like I was in good hands from the very first meeting on Christmas day until the work was finished in early August. They worked tirelessly to restore our home to its original state, and were even able to prioritize completing and cleaning the main level of our home in time to welcome our baby.
