Like so many others my house was hit by a tornado in February. I don’t typically leave reviews but with the customer service I received I need to let other customers know what an amazing job they did. Rob and Isiah did a nice job on replacing windows. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Brad was always there to answer any and all of my questions. He never spoke down to me and explained things in a way I could understand. Last but not least was Ryan Neville. He took over my account from a person who retired. He accomplished so much in just a few weeks. He was new to the company but I certainly didn’t see a learning curve. He was very knowledgeable, kept me informed and was always available for questions. I would say that Hays & Sons knew what they were doing when they hired Ryan. I pray that I never have to go through another tornado (especially with such extensive damage) but if it happens I will be calling Ryan and Hays & Sons. Rena Deckard
Travis was fantastic to work with. We had a mold issue in our home. He came out quickly and took care of the problem within a day. Communication was great through the entire remediation process. Hays and Sons gave our family peace of mind that our home was safe and that the air was clean. Would 100% recommend.
We had a great experience with Hayes and Sons after the power went out and we ended up with water in our basement. They were very professional, experienced and transparent!
