Hays + SonsFire Damage Restoration in Indianapolis, IN

Like so many others my house was hit by a tornado in February. I don’t typically leave reviews but with the customer service I received I need to let other customers know what an amazing job they did. Rob and Isiah did a nice job on replacing windows. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Brad was always there to answer any and all of my questions. He never spoke down to me and explained things in a way I could understand. Last but not least was Ryan Neville. He took over my account from a person who retired. He accomplished so much in just a few weeks. He was new to the company but I certainly didn’t see a learning curve. He was very knowledgeable, kept me informed and was always available for questions. I would say that Hays & Sons knew what they were doing when they hired Ryan. I pray that I never have to go through another tornado (especially with such extensive damage) but if it happens I will be calling Ryan and Hays & Sons. Rena Deckard

My wife and I had decided to spruce up the exterior of the our home. We wanted new siding, new gutters, a fresh coat of paint on the trim, and a new roof. We reached out to Hays + Sons and Justin was assigned to us as the Project Manager. He immediately reached out to set up a meeting to touch base and go over all of our preferences. He later sent some mockups of a few different options. Once we had decided on our perfect home, it was off to the races. Justin was very communicative and was always letting us know when there was a delivery scheduled, when the next crew would be starting, and making sure the contractors were on schedule. He even noticed our house didnt have any outlets in the front, so he recommended some exterior lights at Cosco that had GFCI outlets on them! He stopped by at the start and end of each project to double check we were satisfied and to check the work. For being such a large project, we couldnt be happier with how quick everything came together and for having seamless transitions. Even at the very end, Justin came out and was combing through the yard making sure every single piece of trash or loose nail was picked up. If you are ever looking for a project, no matter the size, I highly recommend Justin.

We had a great experience with Hayes and Sons after the power went out and we ended up with water in our basement. They were very professional, experienced and transparent! We are grateful for their expertise and work ethic. Thanks to Jason, Jorden, Travis, David, Paul and Larry for a job well done!
