Hays + Sons did an amazing job on my house! I had a water leak that started on my basement stairs and slowly leaked down into the basement causing mold damage to the walls and water damage to the floors. They were quick to respond with mitigation and answered every question I had about the process with confidence. After mitigation, Apryl Dunn came in with an estimate and worked with my insurance company to not only replace the damaged floors, but EVERY matching floor throughout my 3 story house! I was even able to add on a personal renovation project that she handled separately with a second estimate. Shortly after, Justin Duhamell was assigned as my project manager and did an amazing job making it all come together. Justin was there every day and answered questions I had even after hours. I could not be happier with the way everything turned out, and it would not have been possible without Justin leading the way and keeping everything within the insurance and my budgets. I have already passed along info for Hays + Sons to friends, and wanted to share publicly how smooth everything went and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs remodel or restorations. Hopefully, I won't need them again, but if something happens in the future I definitely know who to call!

Everyone involved was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Made a stressful situation quite bearable. Answered all my questions, coordinated with my insurance, and basically did all the hard work for me. It was a refreshing breath of fresh air to deal with such respectable young men, who made a senior with hearing and mobility issues, feel respected and not just tolerated. I called Hays & Sons on Thursday, 5/21, for help when our basement flooded. The two men I spoke with, I apologize I don't recall your names as I was a little frantic at the time, said someone would be out soon for an estimate. The team of Quentin Ruiz and Aaron (sorry I didn't get his last name) came and surveyed the damage. They said they could start the cleanup right away, for which we were grateful. They worked to clean & sanitize the area & came back on Friday to complete the job - tossing the damaged items in the dumpster, moving things away from the walls, cutting away the drywall & placing the dehumidifiers & air movers to dry out the basement. They answered all of our questions with patience and knowledge for our situation. Both are kind and courteous young men & I appreciate how, to us, they went above and beyond to help us out. Mark Campbell, the Inside Project Manager, promptly contacted us to schedule an appointment for an inspection for structure repairs. We are very happy with the service we have received from Hays & Sons thus far and would recommend them to anyone.
