RCC Restoration was A++ service from the first call until the job was completed. I had a pipe bust that flooded my basement and luckily the plumbing company referred me to RCC. They did a fabulous job on the restoration and reconstruction. Rachel was absolutely wonderful from setting up the first appointment to the last and constantly kept me updated of what was going on through the whole process. Derek did excellent job handling all insurance info that needed to be sent in and stayed in contact with my claims adjuster for me. They sent a team over and they cleaned up all the water damage walls and carpet very quickly and efficiently. They left multiple blowers for 5-6 days while coming to check on its process it every day. Then they did the reconstruction of the basement and all the subcontractors they sent did a very professional job. They even sent two cleaners over when everything was done to clean up all the construction dust, Which was greatly appreciated. My basement looks wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The folks at RCCR were great to work with. Made good recommendations without pushing extra services I didn’t want or need. (This wasn’t an insurance claim.) Very quick response. Very polite and respectful toward us and our soggy contents. Hope I don’t need them again but would definitely use them again if needed!
