December 4th we had a house fire, the fire was contained; but the smoke did an extensive amount of damage. We moved into a hotel December 6th and lived there for 3 months. Joshua kept us in the loop about every detail regarding our construction. Then David came in to organize the actual work, carpet, workers and etc. Excellent group of guys (Very professional). Mark is one of the constructions specialist. He comes in, he works, and he gets to his next job. Standup guy and all of his work is excellent. Man of very few words, (leave him alone and let him work). Good guy though. I'm glad I picked Service Masters and I promise you, you can trust them with your projects. They answered all of my questions; they taught me things I didn't know about construction and the process for repairs. They dealt with my insurance adjuster, and they were patient with my Mortgage Company.
Marcus and Elmer the two craftsmen who did the construction work did excellent workmanship. I would say that I wished I had updates with Construction Supervisor. I didn’t and I didn’t get to know him, he was not good at communication by text. I am old schooled I want communication with the person who can authorize rework and give me schedule information.
This company did a fantastic job under the leadership of David Langmaack. Every area of needed repair was performed with the upmost professionalism. All servicemen along with David Langmaack kept in constant contact with me by providing step-by-step of their procedures while completing their area of expertise. The pictures of the garage is only a sample of their outstanding work. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend ServiceMaster without hesitation! Thank you for everything!
