Had a major flood during July 3rd storm and power outage that rendered my sump pump in operatable I had contacted Service Master, Steve and his crew came out and did a steller job they removed the wet drywall and baseboard etc.. It took only three days to dry out my basement and now I will be awaiting Service Masters project manager to come out for the repair part. Was very happy with their service thus far, Steve was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me, again I would highly recommend their service for any of your needs. Looking forward to the reconstruction of my basement next.
We had water damage in our basement on Sat July 4th , Ricardo at SM called us that evening! By Monday we had a crew scheduled for that Wed . Crew Chief Rene V arrived on time as scheduled and within 3 hours damaged property including entire flooring was pulled up and out of the house and fans and dehumidifiers were running!! Crew was SUPER PROFESSIONAL and very careful about not damaging walls when removing debris up from basement thru our house. Steve came out to evaluate progress on Sat and he was so professional, listened and answered every question we had about process completed and moving forward as far as next steps with insurance etc.. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!! Real Pros and good people who were kind and caring with us thru a very stressful and unfortunate situation Rick & Sydney C / Oak Forest,IL
December 4th we had a house fire, the fire was contained; but the smoke did an extensive amount of damage. We moved into a hotel December 6th and lived there for 3 months. Joshua kept us in the loop about every detail regarding our construction. Then David came in to organize the actual work, carpet, workers and etc. Excellent group of guys (Very professional). Mark is one of the constructions specialist. He comes in, he works, and he gets to his next job. Standup guy and all of his work is excellent. Man of very few words, (leave him alone and let him work). Good guy though. I'm glad I picked Service Masters and I promise you, you can trust them with your projects. They answered all of my questions; they taught me things I didn't know about construction and the process for repairs. They dealt with my insurance adjuster, and they were patient with my Mortgage Company.
