PRS today did duct cleaning and carpet removal for me. The 3 men did a terrific job. It was Hunter, Jermaine and Mako. I could not be more pleased. As a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in GA/FL/and SC, I’ve worked with a lot of restoration companies over the years… and, all I can say is PRS is my go to choice personally and professionally — they helped with equipment for a claim at my own home (sewage flooded my first floor at 10 pm and they were to my house within less than 15 minutes of me calling cleaning and setting up fans and equipment !) and most recently provided industrial fans (another spur of the moment call that they responded to within minutes) for an exclusive event I hosted in a private airport hangar during Golden Isles Air Show weekend. Jimmy has built an incredible business and team and I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Kyle, who is truly available 24/7 365 and consistently goes above and beyond. His customer service is unmatched — knowledgeable, dependable, and always willing to walk you through every step to make sure it’s done right. I split my time between DC and SSI - and Kyle was at my house more than I was during the time of my claim (about 2 months) he would go check in on my house to make sure everything was being done correctly without me having to ask - he ran point and put my mind at such ease knowing he was the boots on the ground person when I was traveling especially - Y’all, you will not find another restoration service provider that will go to those lengths! My family has been in the insurance industry for 40 years, and I don’t recommend other companies lightly - I’ve never found one quite like PRS - the company itself , from the cleaning products and equipment they use to their down home customer service - you are treated like family and I can’t recommend them enough on a professional and personal basis. Hunter and Dawin did an amazing job. My real-estate agent made a mistake with coordinating different contractors for a big job and they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on at all times. These guys are professionals, and living in a time where it's very hard to find good help, they were absolutely on point with their communication as well as execution of the job itself. Having over a decade of experience in this field myself, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Awesome job.
