I cannot recommend Premier Restoration Services highly enough! After a heavy downpour left my minivan completely soaked with the windows and sunroof open, I thought the vehicle was ruined. The team stepped in immediately with commercial fans and a heavy-duty dehumidifier to start the drying process right away. What impressed me most was the level of care—their staff checked in daily to monitor progress, adjust equipment, and give expert guidance until the interior was bone-dry. They completely saved my van from major water damage and mildew. Professional, attentive, and dependable. 5 stars all the way!
My crawl space flooded from a broken pipe over the 4th of July of all days to have a plumbing disaster! When I spoke to John at PRS he reassured me that they would absolutely help to clean up the mess. He came to my home and assessed the damage and started right away with a plan to take care of everything necessary to restore order. His technicians came every day to check on the status of the crawl space and vacuuming water and adjusting fans to dry up the area. They were polite and a pleasure to speak with and answered any question or concern that I had. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!
Jimmy and his team are truly exceptional! He always answers his phone promptly and manages to run an incredibly impressive and professional business. His honesty and willingness to resolve any issues, while also educating you, really shows how much he cares. I’m grateful to have worked with him!
