I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark and the restoration team from 911 Restoration, and I can’t recommend them enough! They did an outstanding job restoring the area affected by an HVAC leak. Thanks to their expertise and efficiency, my home is now in perfect condition for my painters to complete the job on the interior walls and ceiling. What truly impressed me was how quickly the team responded and how supportive they were throughout the process. They made it easy for me to get back to unpacking and settling into my new home. If you’re in need of restoration services, look no further than 911 Restoration—Mark and his team are simply the best!

I worked with Bob from Restoration 911and had a wonderful experience! We had an unknown leak in our roof which led to mold growing in the primary closet. Insulation and drywall had to be removed and the mold had to be remediated. Bob took great care of us as he remediated the mold and took care of the issue. He was very honest, considerate, and kind. I would hire him again! I would recommend restoration 911 to anyone who needs remediation. 10/10

The team was very professional and helpful during our emergency, but you need to be very careful with pricing and scope. My advice is to check the price for each item, ask for the square foot price, and explicitly agree on what needs to be removed before they start. We had a relatively small flood where the walls weren't even affected, but it was treated like a full-scale disaster. They ended up tearing out far more of our basement than necessary, even in areas where their own water readings showed it wasn't wet. I was given an estimate of around $1,500 several times, but the final bill was double. I understand estimates can change once work begins, but we should have been informed and asked for approval before the scope expanded so drastically. Additionally, the drying equipment was left running longer than it should have been. They are polite and prompt, but communication regarding the actual scope of work and pricing needs major improvement.
