If I ever need a restoration service again I will def use this same team from RestoPros again. Our upstairs shower leaked into our living room below. The repair was a multi step process which required a few different visits. We worked with Elmison and he was really great. He did an excellent job with the repairs and making the living room look like nothing ever happened. He was kind, and was very diligent about keeping everything clean which was appreciated!

We used RestoPros for emergency water mitigation at our house due to an improper washer and dryer installation from Best Buy that ended up flooding the mudroom to the house and damaging the floors and dry wall. Braxton took incredibly good care of us and explained in great detail what issues were caused by the water buildup. I appreciated the communication throughout the mitigation process. He was very professional, understanding, and transparent to where my wife and I felt very comfortable with the work he was doing for us. Even without Best Buy covering the property damage restoration, I would very much be inclined to use RestoPros again and would gladly have Braxton work on our home if we ever needed the service again.

Nick and his team were outstanding to work with. We had severe water damage at a commercial property over a holiday weekend, and they were on site within an hour of my call and started working immediately. Because it was the weekend, much of the work had to happen overnight. They worked through the night to help mitigate the damage while keeping in mind that we needed to reopen as soon as possible. They were incredibly responsible and efficient throughout the entire process, and communication was always clear and reliable. Whenever they said they would be there, they were there. It was refreshing to work with a contractor who did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. During the process they uncovered issues inside the building that made the tear-out much more difficult than expected. It took hours of careful work, but they handled the challenges professionally. Everyone on Nick’s team was knowledgeable, professional, and consistently respectful of our staff, our equipment and materials, and the building. They also left the space as clean as possible after each visit. The cleaning made a real difference. We did not have to worry about hazards or trash being left behind, either inside or outside. That helped reduce the stress of putting everything back together so we could operate again as quickly as possible. They documented everything properly and helped navigate the insurance process, which made a difficult situation much easier. I hope we never have to deal with something like this again, but if we ever do, Nick and his team would be the first call I make. I highly recommend RestoPros.
