I am incredibly happy that we chose Voda Cleaning & Restoration! We just purchased a new home that had some pretty hefty carpet stains and they were able to accommodate a next-day cleaning. The carpets look SO much better. Beyond the excellent cleaning results, their customer service is truly top-notch. We have carpet in the walk in closet which had a lot of blood on it due to a fight I had with my cat, which she won. Also have 4 bar stools which had not been cleaned in some time. We contacted several other professional cleaning services. One sent a tech out, who stated it was beyond the capabilities of their process. The other one required photos, which were provided. Not sure how professional this company is in that whoever answered the phone seemed to be working from home - barking dogs and screaming kids in the background. We then called Voda Cleaning and Restoratio, who promptly said, "Yes, we can do it." On the appointed day and hour, two very professional individuals, Kevin and Javier showed up. Soon after their arrival, both the carpet and the stools appeared like new. Based on the performance of the two individuals, we highly recommend Voda Cleaning for any tough to clean or restore projects.
