One of the most disgusting experiences i’ve ever had, considering it is probably the biggest disaster restoration companies in America. We’re pretty much forced out by police, told it was going to be 3 to 5 months at the most. Took just about a year! They hired day laborers who pretty much were left to their own to do whatever they wanted obviously, you can see by the pictures. This company is ruthless, untrustworthy, and completely corrupt. Tried talking to “Steve”, some type of garbage supervisor, about all of our damaged property. It was like talking to a deaf and blind person. Try and steer clear of this parasitic garbage money grubbing company if you can help it. Google Servpros’ history.

I discovered a leak late Saturday afternoon and ServePro was at my home within a short time of my call. Justin was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Once flooring was removed he had to bring equipment back and everything was done in a quick and timely manner. Highly recommended.
