Herbert Martin was my Mold inspector and I must say I’ve never had a stranger come into my home and made me feel like we were friends for a long time. Herbert went above and beyond to make sure we were educated in what he was doing step by step and was always polite. He made sure that we were ok with everything before leaving. I mean he literally cleaned up EVERYTHING before he left the job. His work was a 10/10, I was in the home during the duration of the job and didn’t see any dust in the air or any strong odors and he DEMO 3 different walls in different rooms! When we arrived home from vacation we found a leak in the plumbing behind our master bedroom wall… Reached out to FP Property Restoration and Andres arrived first to determine the plan of action. Andres did a great job in accessing the area surfaces and determining the scope of work required for the restoration process. Andres communicated the updates and follow ups on progress, checking in frequently with us until the job was finished. Our small job was handled with great care from the drying process, all the way to the dry wall repair and painting. The ease of working together was refreshing, as the entire team was supper friendly and very knowledgeable about the issue and conditions at hand. Great company would definitely recommend them to others.
