FP Property RestorationFire Damage Restoration in Tampa, FL

FP was selected by my insurance company as a preferred vendor to handle flood restoration throughout my home, along with some remodeling work. Unfortunately, the overall experience was challenging due to multiple staff and project manager changes, which caused significant delays and extended the project timeline far longer than it should have. That said, one of the highlights of the experience was Carlos from Speed General Services and his outstanding crew. They were consistently punctual, professional, and delivered exceptional craftsmanship. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of their work, and they always took the time to thoroughly clean up after putting in long hours to keep the project moving. It was clear they took pride in the quality of their work. Midway through the project, Project Manager Andres Garaton took over after the project had changed hands several times. Andres was a pleasure to work with and brought much-needed organization, communication, and accountability to the job. He successfully guided the project to completion after months of unnecessary delays and setbacks. I have no doubt that if Andres had been assigned as the project manager from the beginning, what ultimately became a six-month project would have been completed in a fraction of the time with far fewer issues and mistakes. A sincere thank you to Carlos and his entire crew, as well as Andres, for their dedication, professionalism, and the beautiful final result. Their hard work ultimately turned a frustrating experience into a home we're very happy with.

When we arrived home from vacation we found a leak in the plumbing behind our master bedroom wall… Reached out to FP Property Restoration and Andres arrived first to determine the plan of action. Andres did a great job in accessing the area surfaces and determining the scope of work required for the restoration process. Andres communicated the updates and follow ups on progress, checking in frequently with us until the job was finished. Our small job was handled with great care from the drying process, all the way to the dry wall repair and painting. The ease of working together was refreshing, as the entire team was supper friendly and very knowledgeable about the issue and conditions at hand. Great company would definitely recommend them to others.

Cristian & Angel with FP Restoration did an excellent job on our mitigation & restoration project after we found a leak in our bathroom that resulted in a full demo of our bathroom & bedroom. They were both very professional from beginning to end. They left my home very clean after every visit w/ thorough communication throughout the project. Could not be more pleased!
