I had an excellent experience with Paul Davis Restoration. Gustavo and his colleague came to my home for an inspection, and I really appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and helpful advice. They took the time to properly assess the situation, explain the options clearly, and guide me without any sales pressure. It’s rare to feel that a company’s priority is truly to inform and help the client before trying to sell a service. Thank you to Gustavo and his colleague for their honest, transparent, and professional approach. I highly recommend them.
Words cannot express the professionalism my family received from Josh. My home was flooded and he and his team came in like a whirlwind and took care of business from the moment they arrived. He explained every process that was to be done before they started and kept me updated on every step. They not only checked in on the job but also on my family which means a lot during this time. I’m so glad I got this team. I highly recommend! Thanks Josh!! UPDATE Google won’t let me leave another review so I have to edit this one to include the mold remediation. This young man, David, built a mold containment structure from scratch and even included filters. It was unbelievable. It made me feel safe being in my home. My home has significant damage, and I’m really looking forward to the restoration process. I will definitely be posting before and after pics.
If I could give this company 100 out of 10, I would! Words cannot express my gratitude for their compassion, incredible work ethic, and genuine concern for their clients' well-being. Going through such a horrendous experience was daunting, but I couldn't have asked for a better team than Gus, Justin, Jalen, Daniel, and Miche. They reassured me from day one that they would take care of everything—and they truly delivered. No task was too big or too small. Thank you to the entire Paul Davis team for turning a nightmare into the best possible outcome!
