FL CleanupFire Damage Restoration in Miami, FL

After dealing with a sudden shower pan failure in my primary bathroom, water leaked down into my kitchen and created a serious mold issue. I discovered black mold near the source of the leak, and the smell and humidity made the situation even worse. My insurance company wanted to send a vendor who said it would take 7–10 business days just to come out, and they insisted on tearing out my brand‑new kitchen and flooring without offering to fix or replace anything. I needed fast, honest, and professional mold remediation, not unnecessary demolition. That’s when FL Cleanup hit my feed, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They arrived in less than 24 hours, driving all the way from Miami to Orlando to help me. The level of urgency and professionalism they showed is something you rarely see nowadays. Alex and Willy were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process so I understood exactly what was happening. Their communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring; especially during a stressful situation involving water damage and mold contamination. They handled the mold removal, contaminated drywall, odor elimination, and rotted wood cleanup in just a few hours. They were efficient and used professional grade equipment to make sure every affected area was properly treated. What really stood out was their use of chlorine dioxide treatment, which they explained in detail. The treatment runs for 8–10 hours and is one of the most effective ways to eliminate mold spores, odors, bacteria, and pet odors. They even explained why chlorine dioxide is safe for families and pets, and mentioned they use the same treatment in their own homes because of the line of work they’re in. By the time the chlorine dioxide treatment was completed I could immediately feel and smell the difference. The odor was gone, the mold was completely eliminated, and the rotted wood and contaminated materials were removed. They didn’t the garbage, waste, or contaminated materials on the curb; they actually took it with them. The primary bathroom was left clean, sanitized, and ready for my contractor to begin the remodel without any delays. They saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary demolition and prevented my kitchen from being torn apart for no reason. The difference between FL Cleanup and the insurance‑recommended vendor was unbelievable. Instead of waiting weeks, dealing with unnecessary demolition, and risking further delays, FL Cleanup provided same‑day service, professional mold remediation, chlorine dioxide treatment, and water damage cleanup…all within a 24 hours. Their mold remediation process is modern, efficient, and far more effective than traditional methods. Honestly, every mold remediation company should be using chlorine dioxide treatment as part of their process. If you’re dealing with black mold, water damage, odor issues, or any type of contamination, FL Cleanup is the company you want. They are fast, reliable, transparent, and truly care about the safety of your home and family. I highly recommend them to anyone anywhere in the state who needs emergency mold remediation or chlorine dioxide treatment. Thank you all so much. -The Flores Family

FL Cleanup did a great job drying everything in my house after a water damage. James came to the house right away, he provided a quote within 1 hour and it was very detailed. The crew started working the next day and they did a fantastic job from the actual drying and fan installation to protecting my home while working. James came to check on the progress and left the fans for several more days to make sure it was perfect, at no extra charge. They cleaned everything after and were very careful with our furnishing. Highly recommended.
