These guys are great! Wayne gave me an honest assessment and eased my mind at our first meeting then gave me several options and guided me to find the most cost effective way to deal with my situation, and held my hand through the process. The team who came to clean (Jessica and Lori) have been with this company for eight and fifteen years respectively. They were superstars! They showed up on time and worked hard and efficiently nonstop, wiping down every surface and moving furniture around and out to the curb needed. They could not have been nicer, and were respectful of my property, empathetic and kind — they even helped save a baby bird! I highly recommend PuroClean - especially Wayne Terry, Lori and Jessica
I had two soft spots in my vinyl flooring by my sink and my dishwasher. Everyone told me it was water damage.. so I lifted up my vinyl flooring and found these spots that looked to be mold to me so I called out Puro Clean to come, give me an estimate on the damage. To my surprise, they said it was not mold., and that it was quickset leveling concrete . They could’ve taken advantage of me and charged me a bunch of money, but they were very honest. Chance Duffer was the person who came to my home he was punctual ,very personable, and informative. I highly recommend this company. They won’t take advantage of you..
The staff is so friendly and helpful, and took care of everything when our dishwasher caused a leak that damaged floors, cabinets & more. The team led by Lisa made sure our furniture was moved out and stored carefully and returned the same way. Special thanks to Israel who was the first one here and the last to leave! He made sure everything was the way we wanted it. Thanks to Kevin for handling the water emergency and arranging for everything else that needed to be done. Great team, excellent results
