Servpro did an amazing job in my home. Milton and his crew came multiple times over the course of two months, and every single visit was excellent. They showed up on time every day, worked hard throughout the day, took short, structured breaks, and often stayed late just to make sure everything was done right and cleaned up properly. They never left a mess or anything unsafe in our way, and they kept their machines running to ensure everything dried completely. Every crew member was kind, respectful, and professional. They greeted us daily, kept us informed, and asked permission before removing anything. They handled all damaged items with care and made a very stressful situation feel a little easier for us. We were heartbroken about the condition of our home, but their patience and compassion really stood out. They worked incredibly hard without complaining, even when dealing with heavy, water-damaged items. We had brand-new belongings, mattresses, walls, doors,toys,bedding, etc and the ceilings that were completely soaked and had to be removed. There was even mold starting in the basement, but they handled everything efficiently and carefully. What truly impressed me was how clean they were. Even while cutting out walls and ceilings, there was no dust left behind. They covered and protected everything, moved items neatly, and cleaned up thoroughly every single day. They swept, mopped, and vacuumed so well that our basement looked brand new when they were done. Milton and his crew were compassionate, respectful, and extremely hardworking. They treated our home like it was their own and made sure everything was fully dry and safe. They removed anything that couldn’t be saved and paid attention to every detail. Even when faced with tight spaces, they made it work without any complaints. Right now, our basement is completely gutted, dry, clean, and free of mold no odors, no damage left behind. Marilyn and Delia did an outstanding job of .cleaning after we had a flood. They came in after the first round of Servepro cleaning and put on all the finishing touches—-they found nooks that had been ignored, cleaned them, moved furniture into place, and generally got us back to normal!
