We have been VERY happy with the work that PaulDavis has done for us following major storm damage to our home. From the first remediation work through a major and complete rebuild, they have been awesome. Tom says what he's going to do and he does what he says. He has been incredibly responsive and trustworthy. He was a partner with me through design ideas and solutions. The PaulDavis team of workers were always hardworking and respectful. We are very happy we went with PaulDavis for major home repair and rebuild.
Crew and supervisor were very respectful and friendly they looked for my opinion, included me in discussions and listened to what I wanted. My siding came out beautifully and cleanup was excellent. They went above and beyond, Highly recommend!!
We had water damage from an ice dam on the roof. They were very quick to respond and start the mitigation work once the dam melted. Satisfied with the work, I wanted to have them do the rebuild as well, but the communication fell apart at this point. It took several weeks of back and forth before I got someone to agree to put together a quote. I was promised a week, waited two weeks, reached out and was assured it would be sent within the day. Still never got the quote, called and texted the project manager several times over the next couple of days, but he stopped responding. Reached out to let him know I would be moving forward with a different contractor due to the difficulty getting the quote and again never got an acknowledgement. Still have a hole in my ceiling which at this point won’t be fixed until at least late May, and feeling like this has been a big waste of my time.
