After many do-it-your-self fixes for poorly done work by the previous owner of our home, we finally hired a professional to redo the shower and bath in our bathroom. This was our first time dealing with contractors for a remodel and I was nervous about making the right choice for help. I had no need to worry. Luis was very kind and clear in his communication and reached out during every step of the process. He oversaw all work done by his team although they required no micromanaging. Each team member was courteous, reliable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, kind and trustworthy. We could not be happier with the work done and how smoothly the whole process went. From set-up to final-clean up, no detail was spared. They even oiled our squeaky bathroom door on their way out of their last day here. They truly took their time used their expertise to restore our bathroom to its full functionality and realized potential as a beautiful space. I would like to first and foremost give a big THANK YOU to Luis and his crew 🙌🏼 My husband and I had such a hard time finding a contractor who was honest, trustworthy, reasonable and reliable. We were in the middle of remodeling our bathroom with another contractor and had plans to remodel our kitchen. The experience with our other contractor was not the greatest experience; but by chance while shopping for our bathroom tiles we came across the Incredible Restoration business card and called to inquire about our plans to remodel the kitchen. From the moment we met Luis to discuss our plans, Luis was very attentive and listened to what we wanted, he also provided guidance and suggestions for the remodel. He walked us through the entire project without hesitation. We were always able to reach him if we had questions, Luis always responded to all our inquiries or any concerns that we had. His crew were always on time, they came early and worked long hours to get the job done. The crew were always responsive, respectful and got straight to work. Luis always came with a great attitude, spirit and a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure to do business with Incredible Restorations they gave me my dream kitchen. Luis and his crew did an amazing job transforming our kitchen. From start to finish the experience was great and the price was very reasonable. I feel like my wife and I got a lot of “bang for the buck” bc the job was done right and Luis went above and beyond expectations.
