Their representative thought it was acceptable to multitask through our call — clearly more focused on the job in front of him than the customer on the line — and the moment his work demanded his attention, I was rushed off the phone like an afterthought. Calls and texts go unreturned. They will promise to show up and never do. They will promise to call and never do. Meanwhile, my water damage sat and got progressively worse while I gave them chance after chance to follow through. If you're dealing with water damage, every hour counts.
