Genesis and Noe were amazing when I had water leak from an exterior spigot into my basement (twice). They were reassuring and professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best possible outcome. They didn't try to up-sell services to me (actually encouraging me towards the opposite), but listened to and accommodated my concerns. Their execution was respectful of my home and their communication was exceptional - they did what they said they would do. I couldn't ask for more and will be recommending them to fellow home owners.
Bill is amazing! He is thorough and so kind. We are pleased with the work that he did and will use service from Voda again because of the quality of service that he provided.
Bill L. came to our apartment in Farmington and did a great job on upholstery on 3 chairs and a bench, and a runner rug in under one hour. He explained what he was doing and that the furniture would be damp for a few hours afterwards. After spraying cleaning solution on the fabric, he moved his truck giving time for the solution to work. His equipment sprays water into the fabric and sucks it out with the dirt. He was able to tell me which pieces the most dirt came out of. He cleaned up afterwards very neatly. I highly recommend Voda of Hartford and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and use them again when needed.
