Genesis and Noe were amazing when I had water leak from an exterior spigot into my basement (twice). They were reassuring and professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best possible outcome. They didn't try to up-sell services to me (actually encouraging me towards the opposite), but listened to and accommodated my concerns. Their execution was respectful of my home and their communication was exceptional - they did what they said they would do. I couldn't ask for more and will be recommending them to fellow home owners.
We used Voda for carpet cleaning in a finished basement. Bill was excellent. He was thorough, walked us through the estimate and the proposed job before he started. He listened to our concerns regarding a few spots we wanted him to focus on. On time, very friendly, and extremely efficient. Highly recommend, so pleased with the way the carpet came out!
