I recently experienced a break in a water supply line to our upstairs bathroom. The resulting flooding impacted 2 floors and the finished basement. It was extensive. Restoration 1 was at my house within 12 hours of discovering the line break. Todd was there to explain the process and deploy his team. All were very polite and professional. They worked everyday to remove the wet drywall, insulation and flooring until the job was complete. Our project manager, Nicole, was great. She made sure the project went smoothly and responded to our questions throughout and communicated quickly and efficiently. We were so happy to work with such a great team at Restoration 1. Highly recommend Restoration 1, especially Troy, Nicole, and the entire remediation crew. We had two pipes burst in our basement and needed water damage and mold remediation done quickly. Troy was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial inspection to keeping us informed every step of the way.
