Highly recommend Restoration 1, especially Troy, Nicole, and the entire remediation crew. We had two pipes burst in our basement and needed water damage and mold remediation done quickly. Troy was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial inspection to keeping us informed every step of the way. Nicole was also very courteous and helpful during the follow-up visit. From start to finish, the team was respectful, easy to work with, and helped make a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. The crew did a great job with the cleanup and remediation work, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Restoration 1 would get 10 stars from me if it were possible. Within 30 minutes after I called there was a team of 6 men with all the necessary gear required to remove 2” of standing water in my newly renovated mudroom. Troy calmly walked in, assessed what needed to be done, gave me a few options, provided a very reasonable fee and began clean up. Within an hour the problem was mitigated and I was able to salvage what could have been a much bigger disaster! Two days later they returned to remove the fans and humidifier they left running to completely air out any remaining humidity and my renovation remained totally intact. I honestly was so fortunate to locate these guys and could not give them a high enough recommendation. Cordial, professional, compassionate, effective, well-priced and efficient! What more could any homeowner want?
