I can’t say enough good things about R1 of Southern CT. We had just finished remodeling the lower level of our split-level home in Middletown when, of course, our washing machine decided to fail. I recently experienced a break in a water supply line to our upstairs bathroom. The resulting flooding impacted 2 floors and the finished basement. It was extensive. Restoration 1 was at my house within 12 hours of discovering the line break. Todd was there to explain the process and deploy his team. All were very polite and professional. They worked everyday to remove the wet drywall, insulation and flooring until the job was complete. Our project manager, Nicole, was great. She made sure the project went smoothly and responded to our questions throughout and communicated quickly and efficiently. We were so happy to work with such a great team at Restoration 1. Thank you!!
Incredibly good experience with Restoration 1 (and Troy specifically). He was quick to respond, had a mitigation team out at our house promptly and has been wonderful at connecting us to local resources/plumbers/contractors to get the work done we need. Our insurance company even commented on how quickly they received all the necessary documentation from Troy's team to start processing our claim. Highly highly recommend.
