I can’t say enough good things about R1 of Southern CT. We had just finished remodeling the lower level of our split-level home in Middletown when, of course, our washing machine decided to fail. Soapy water spread across our brand-new flooring, into the garage, and throughout the finished space. They responded quickly on a Sunday, arrived promptly, and immediately put our minds at ease. The team was professional, empathetic, and took the time to explain everything, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly hope I never need a restoration company again, but if I ever do, R1 of Southern CT will be my first call. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, professional, and compassionate service.
Incredibly good experience with Restoration 1 (and Troy specifically). He was quick to respond, had a mitigation team out at our house promptly and has been wonderful at connecting us to local resources/plumbers/contractors to get the work done we need. Our insurance company even commented on how quickly they received all the necessary documentation from Troy's team to start processing our claim. Highly highly recommend.
I cannot say enough about how fantastic the Restoration 1 crew was after a burst pipe disaster in our home. Troy and Nicole treated us and our situation with such a high level of knowledge, expertise, efficiency, and, above all, compassion that this review goes FAR BEYOND a simple "very professional" rating. The young men they employ to do the heavy lifting and mitigation after the flood were extremely respectful, careful of our property, on time, and thorough, so much so that I couldn't help but say "Thank You" the whole time they were here and when they were leaving. If you ever have the MISFORTUNE of a flood, fire, or other damage to your property and need a company to help clean it up, you will thank yourselves for the FORTUNATE experience you'll have with Restoration 1!
