Quick Restore of Colorado, LLCFire Damage Restoration in Longmont, CO

My family is so lucky to have contacted Quick Restore when my mother’s heating pad caught fire. They worked well with our family and the insurance company to beautifully remediate and restore the damage. During the restoration process TJ and Dale communicated regularly, explained what needed to be done and how they would do it. They also communicated efficiently with the insurance company so we were never stressed with payments or approvals. They treated my mother’s belongings with care and respect and did everything possible to maintain her possessions. The home looks beautiful again and little details which needed attention were quickly and cheerfully addressed. You won’t find a more honest or conscientious restoration company. Hope people don’t need their services but if you do, call Quick Restore!

I originally received a quote from another vendor. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I was then referred to Quick Restore of CO. They came in with a lower cost and came across as much more professional. They did great work. I always felt that they would do the best job, and they did. TJ made sure that the project was proceeding well and that the team had my best interests in mind. The entire team came across as professional and very competent. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Took 16 weeks to mitigate after water loss, some days only working an hour or two and then leaving. Some weeks doing no work at all. Never finished and I had to have another mitigation company finish the job. QR Got paid out $30,000 by my carrier, Allstate but is demanding 11k more. The claim is actively being handled by attorney trying to satiate quick restores greed all while were out hundreds of thousands and living in a hotel. Their office gave us a few days, then instantly started threatening a lein on our property. There are so many mitigation companies, and I hired this one. Dont make the same mistake I did. Dont sign completion documents until your certain they are done and done correctly. We know the insurance isn't on our side, but didnt expect this behavior from a mitigation company. Avoid.
