The team at Maxwell Restoration has been wonderful to work with from start to finish. When we had a leak from our washing machine on a rainy Sunday, they were there to assess and start work within an hour. I especially appreciated how kind Brian and Carston were not only to us but to our very nosy 3 year old daughter. And when it came time for invoicing and payment, Landon was on top of it. Maxwell Restoration is the epitome of professionalism, expertise and truly caring about their customers! I live in a condominium and four units were impacted by a water pipe that was incorrectly installed when the units were built. This happened after 11 PM on a Sunday night. Within 2 hours of this happening, Carsten and Landon were there with the necessary equipment to start the mitigation process. They explained what needed to be done and quickly began the process. All my laminate floors had to be removed, as well as several walls, ceilings, baseboards, and bathroom fixtures. They packed me up, including all furniture, and all removal mentioned within 4 days. One of my neighbors chose a different company; 9 days later his floors still hadn’t been removed to start the drying process—mine was complete. Carsten worked closely with our property manager and kept all of us informed of what the next step in the process was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing mitigation and restoration after a flood. I look forward to working closely with Landon on the reconstruction process.
